As part of operating the SITE, YLIADES pays particular attention to respecting the privacy and personal data of users of the site (hereinafter referred to as USERS or the USER). As part of operating the SITE, YLIADES may collect personal data concerning USERS. This data is processed in accordance with the purposes described in Article 3 of this privacy policy.

YLIADES may therefore collect personal data :

• The monitoring of YLIADES' activity (services responsible for internal control procedures...).

At the end of this three (3) year period, YLIADES may contact USERS to inquire whether they wish to continue receiving commercial solicitations. In the absence of a positive response from them, their data will be deleted or archived in accordance with applicable provisions.

It is reminded that the USER whose personal data is processed has the rights of access, rectification, and objection to the processing of their personal data, in accordance with Articles 38 and following of Law No. 78-17 known as the "Data Protection Act" as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Under certain conditions, the user also benefits from a right to erasure of their data as well as a right to data portability. Furthermore, in accordance with Law No. 2016-1321 of October 7, 2016, known as the Digital Republic Law, the user has the option to give instructions regarding the fate of their personal data after their death. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

In case of communication of copies of identity documents, it is retained for one (1) year if collected for the purpose of verifying the identity of the USER wishing to exercise their right of access or rectification and three (3) years if collected for the purpose of verifying the identity of the USER wishing to exercise their right of opposition. The same applies to any other data collected in the context of the USER exercising their right of opposition.

YLIADES may be required to communicate the personal data collected on the website to its internal services, subcontractors, or commercial partners who provide, in particular:

• The creation of advertising content;
• The implementation of commercial operations;
• Tracking of the commercial relationship with USERS;
• Management of website hosting and maintenance services;
